Introducing Pay-As-You-Go Pricing

Now available on PHP-Prefixer, the Pay-As-You-Go pricing plan is a flexible alternative to a monthly plan because you only pay for what you use.

Introducing pay-as-you-go pricing

Just a few months ago, we introduced PHP-Prefixer, a new one-of-a-kind PHP prefixing service. Based on user feedback, PHP-Prefixer is proud to present its Pay-As-You-Go pricing plan.

The Pay As You Go plan is a flexible alternative to a monthly subscription. Instead of paying a recurring monthly charge, you buy credits as needed. It’s a great option for users who process PHP projects infrequently.

The Pay As You Go Plan comes with the same set of features as our Developer plan, including access to the REST API and the Command-Line.

To access this latest pricing plan, head to the new “Billing” tab on PHP-Prefixer’s dashboard, where you can now pay for your monthly PHP prefixing usage. Here’s how it works:

  • Choose a plan: Upgrade to the Pay-As-You-Go plan, which will charge you per build minute. Whether your project build requires just a few minutes per month, or you’re a PHP-Prefixer power user – we got you covered.
  • Add your credit card: When upgrading to the Pay-As-You-Go Plan, add your credit card. That way, we’ll automatically charge you when needed.
  • Put your feet up and relax: You can now focus on developing PHP projects and prefixing the build when you need it – we’ll take care of the rest. View your Build usage in the dashboard at any time, check your current balance, and switch between plans whenever you like.

How the Pay-As-You-Go plan works

The Pay-As-You-Go plan uses the processing credits that you purchase to cover your PHP prefixing needs. Each project build is charged by processing minute, following the similar Amazon AWS CodeBuild practice. Credits don’t expire. This plan works best for users who do not work with PHP prefixing regularly, such as users who build quarterly projects or work seasonal projects.

Credits are used for any attempted build, including test projects, automation and builds that fail or are manually cancelled. Credits are not deducted when the project waits until it is processed in the next available slot. If your credits are exhausted, the project is not processed, and the build is rejected. If you don’t have enough credits to complete the process, your build is canceled when you run out of credits.

If you upgrade from a Pay-As-You-Go Plan plan to a monthly subscription plan, any unused credits will remain available in your account until you consume them. We do not refund unused Pay-As-You-Go credits unless a system malfunction causes a potential problem.

Helping the Community, Be More Successful

At PHP-Prefixer, we firmly believe that pricing alone will not make our community more successful. Our product team continues to focus on improving the user experience. We plan to continue making it easier for anyone to take advantage of all the benefits of streamlining PHP prefixing.

Happy Prefixing!
